We specialize in RUNNING TRACK FACILITIES.  From new construction to annual maintenance, Precision Athletics provides owners with full service solutions that will keep their athletic facilities “on track” and at peak performance.

The Precision Athletics team is active and has completed projects in Virginia, West Virginia, Maryland, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, and Florida. We have active long-term contracts in Virginia and Florida. We also have business operations based out of these states.

OUR EXPERIENCE
Our team has over 60 years of combined experience in the athletic facility construction market.

Our team has installed/built over 600 running track surfaces including SBR (MAXFLEX SURFACING) and POLYURETHANE surfacing. We also have extensive experience with both single component and two-component polyurethane surfacing.

Our team has built or renovated over 400 athletic facilities, including drainage improvements, piping, concrete work, laser grading, high tolerance asphalt paving, and many other facets of athletic facility construction.

In addition, our team has been involved in the lining of over 900 running tracks.

Tom Root is the president of Precision Athletics. He earned a BA from the University of Virginia and a MBA from the College of William and Mary. When he's not building running tracks, he is fishing for anything he can catch.
